shipping address received by push is wrong sometimes
So we receive new orders by push and we noticed on some customers that do drop shipping and have multiple accounts ebay will send us wrong shipping address with their Push. We used to correct this info by verifying the shipping address by running GetOrders but it was taking all our calls by mid-day. Can anyone explain how it is possible to get a wrong address from push on some orders? I do have an open support ticket with logs provided regarding this issue but there hasn't been any response in the past 10 days. If anyone could also assist in best practices to update/validate only the shipping address before we send it to our label print function without draining any or too many calls we will be very grateful. Happy to provide any additional information to help solve this mystery.
