HTTP error 500 from Finding API

At the end of September, calls to the Finding API (used for creating Ads) suddenly started returning error 500. Last week, the EPN support was able to resolve the issue - related to some internal permission problems. Today, things are back to zero again - all calls return error 500. Sample calls work nicely in the Sandbox environment so there's nothing wrong with the call itself - and other than switching to https we didn't change something in years anyway. It would be nice if someone could have a look at our account. Maybe it helps to regenerate the API keys - I tried to do so via the web-console already but ran into another error. Thx

Hi @iamatrekker, Could you please provide a sample request, so that we can try at our end? And also make sure that you are using ServerURL as: **Production** http://svcs.ebay.com/services/search/FindingService/v1 **Sandbox** http://svcs.sandbox.ebay.com/services/search/FindingService/v1 Mismatch in the URL throw 500(Internal server error) Best Regards eBay Developer Support

Sorry for the late reply (was off for Christmas). The (unchanged) API call started working again. Let's hope that it doesn't fall back to 500 again ...
