Hi @bpro-84, This is a more specific case so I'd suggest you to file a [Support Ticke][1]t for this issue. Best Regards eBay Developer Support [1]: https://developer.ebay.com/my/support/tickets

Hi @bpro-84, Does re-try works for you, or the requests are consistently failing? Please provide a couple of sample XML requests and responses that are still consistently failing. Best Regards eBay Developer Support

Hello We've been retrying over HTTP and that nearly always works. We're doing a basic GetSingleItem query like the following as a GET request: http://open.api.ebay.com/shopping?callname=GetSingleItem&responseencoding=XML&appid=APPID&version=1119&UserID=&IncludeSelector=Details,Description,ItemSpecifics,Compatibility&itemid= When we looked at the domain open.api, ebay.com we found that it resolves to a number of IP addresses some of this on port 443 appear to have different cipher suites available which potentially was causing us issues.
