Getting total sales in a period of time

As you may already know, most of the developers used to find the total sales in a period of time up to 30 days using the GetItemTransactions API call by retrieving all the transactions and calculating the sold quantities. But since a month now, the GetItemTransactions API call stopped returning this information **if you are not a buyer nor a seller** for the item. Without mentioning that **there isn't** any information about this update on the **trading API release notes.** So me and my team were wondering if there is any alternatives for this call, so we can still get the sold history for any item on eBay, without having to be a seller or a buyer.

Hey @sanjeev_developersupport With GetSingleItem or GetMultipleItems calls, you can **ONLY** get the **total sold quantity.** I am talking about the **sales/transactions history** (Please check the attached picture) ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/2417-selection-084.png

@sanjeev_developersupport Is this a new update? because we used to find this data without having to be the buyer nor the seller of a specific item as it is a **public information.** You can easily find any item's sold history directly from eBay. There is nothing about that on the release note: https://developer.ebay.com/devzone/xml/docs/ReleaseNotes.html

Hi @davidsupply, GetSingleItem has filter to return sold items and my recommendation would be to make use of the Shopping API call GetSingleItem with the parameter IncludeSelector set to Details. You can find more information about the call from: http://developer.ebay.com/DevZone/shopping/docs/CallRef/GetSingleItem.html Best Regards eBay Developer Support
