Scale Question with 2.5mln of requests and amount of data.

We are trying to offer our customers new feature related to marketing and listing analysis. The problem is that we will need all their item details with including selectors like HTML description which is making calls very heavy considering the fact that there is approx 50 customers and each of them have approx 50000 active listings on ebay. What would be the best way to obtain that data ? We are talking here of about 2.5mln listings. It is possible to get equivalent of getsingleitem/getmultipleitems on LMS files where Item description incl. html tags can be downloaded? I believe I will run out of calls on my account but can I just use Oauth method in central server and ask them to log on to our app and pool the listings on ther Oauth keys ? Will there be any limitation regarding IP address and so many heavy calls ? What is the best way to approach this problem - I am new to ebay API. Thanks

Hi @electronic_passion, You may use ActiveInventoryReport via LMS and GetSellerList of Trading API call to obtain the list of all items for a given eBay Seller UserID. Please go through these docs and let us know if it helps: https://developer.ebay.com/DevZone/merchant-data/CallRef/ActiveInventoryReport.html https://developer.ebay.com/Devzone/XML/docs/Reference/eBay/GetSellerList.html https://ebaydts.com/eBayKBDetails?KBid=477 Best Regards eBay Developer Support
