Production access application webpage is down

My application needs to use the Feed API; I've tried calling it and been denied access. I don't intend for users to buy through my site; I just need the product details. https://developer.ebay.com/docs shows that the Feed API is one of the Buy APIs. The page https://developer.ebay.com/api-docs/buy/static/buy-requirements.html says that "The use of eBay’s Buy APIs in production is intended for eBay partners only. Users must apply for production access through the eBay Partner Network." When I follow the link to apply to the program, https://partnernetwork.ebay.com/sbm-buy-api says, "Error 404 It's happening on eBay, just not on this page Try again". Thank you.

Hi @quentin_daniels, Yes, you are correct. The use of eBay’s Buy APIs in production is intended for eBay partners only. Users must apply for production access through the eBay Partner Network. Acceptance of applications is based on the proposed business model, as well as a formal agreement to abide by the policies and requirements stipulated by eBay and PayPal. There is no guarantee that your application for production use of the APIs will be approved.
