The authorization server is currently unable to handle the request

I am getting this error when trying to generate user access token in production environment. The same program is working fine with sandbox Oauth. Please suggest what should I do. { "error_id": "temporarily_unavailable", "error_description": "The authorization server is currently unable to handle the request.", "http_status_code": 500 }

@eram_developersupport I have the same issue. I can create another post if you'd like. I'm using the generated auth url ( https://auth.ebay.com/oauth2/authorize?{params redacted}...) directly in the browser and receiving this error. I've also tried the "Get a User Token Here" and "Get a Token from eBay via Your Application" UI options located at https://developer.ebay.com/my/auth?env=production&index=0. Same error with all three methods. Please advise. Thanks!
