We have implemented a new ERP (NetSuite) and need guidance in integrating the email messaging in our system to interface directly with eBay messaging to ensure that our email communications directly update eBay's messaging system. Our desire is that we would be able to originate all of our emails and email responses for eBay order communications in NetSuite and that they would flow to corresponding message strings in the eBay messaging system for the corresponding order. It would appear that the Post-Order API detailed here
