Hi, I am trying to submit my application for compatibility check. For that I need to activate premium support. It requires me to update my profile and contact page. I did the following steps 1. Updated my Primary profile fully. Clicked Save 2. Updated my Business info fully. Clicked Save 3. Went back to Primary profile and clicked on Activate Support 4. Page refreshed - but nothing happened. My support is still inactive. Can someone help? I need to do the compatibility check ASAP. I do have 0.5 hours of Paid support in my account but I can't use that too due to this error.
