How to add buy.order to oauth api scope?

I'm trying to use the Order API, in order to get the details on the purchased items/orders. When I use GetOrders (api call getpurchaseorder), I get insufficient permission error. I noticed that this api requires user access token with; https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/buy.order.readonly https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/buy.order When I look at the scope of my token, I don't see those. How can I add them to my token?

Hi daniel_1000, The API is intended for eBay partners and, as such, requires additional vetting and contracts before it can be used in production. Whether it is used for guest checkout or member checkout, the eBay Buy Order API still handles sensitive data and actions. See the Buying Integration Guide for [eligibility requirements][1] and [instructions for applying for production access][2]. As noted in the documentation, there is no guarantee that your application for production use of the APIs will be approved.
