How to get Handling Time of Order

We have offers with different handling times and also change handling times weekly as we can't deliver some products over the weekend in winter. The dispatch time of the product at the time of the api call can differ from the dispatch time at the purchase. In the Ebay-backend we can see for each order the handling deadline. Is there any way to get the handling time or deadline of each order with the api? We use getOrders to pull our orders.

Hi @carlkoba, To see any changes in API you can follow ReleaseNotes https://developer.ebay.com/Devzone/XML/docs/ReleaseNotes.html but ShippingPackageInfo still there. We don't want to expose any private data so I'd suggest you to file [Premium support][1] with the following details: Full XML request and response body Order ID Seller id Best Regards [1]: https://developer.ebay.com/my/support/tickets

Hello @eram_developersupport I don't have *EstimatedDeliveryTimeMax* either because there is no *ShippingPackageInfo* in *ShippingServiceSelected*. I'm afraid you have removed all children with *ShippingPackageInfo* together.

Hi @retol, We believe it might differ as EstimatedDeliveryTimeMin and EstimatedDeliveryTimeMax dates are only estimates made by eBay, and their accuracy will depend on the seller meets the handling time deadline. Once the seller ships the order, and marks it as shipped/provides tracking information, the more accurate delivery dates can be found in the ScheduledDeliveryTimeMin and ScheduledDeliveryTimeMax fields.
