Order Status

How we know that cancel, return, delivered order and new order status. The GetOrders Trading API gives the orderstatus field. The order status is same for delivered and new order that is Completed. Thanks & Regards,

You have to check more fields than the status. Have a look in the documentation. Some relevant fields could be: __OrderArray.Order.AmountPaid__ __OrderArray.Order.CancelDetail.___xxx_ __OrderArray.Order.CheckoutStatus__ __and so on...__ https://developer.ebay.com/devzone/xml/docs/Reference/eBay/GetOrders.html

The ExtendedOrderID contains an ID for each __order__. The OrderID contains instead the ID for the specific __transaction__. (single article of an order) An example: A buyer buy three different items in a single checkout process. Than you have 3 different transactions with different OrderIDs. But all of the three transactions have the same ExtendedOrderID - so you can see it's the same order. Keep in mind, that the ExtendedOrderID is only visible after the customer have completed the CheckoutProcess - so you have to update your entry if you saved them in a database. (And after the checkout process it can have modified shipping addresses, too)
