We've been usiing version 1057 of the .net Trading API successfully for some time. However since April 19th our application is receiving the message that our call limit has been reached when using GetOrdersCall. However logging into the API usage report we see that no calls have been made. We tried to generate a new user token to try and reset things using the page [
https://developer.ebay.com/my/auth/?env=production&index=0 but receive an error that "call usage limit has been reached" when clicking the Sign in to Production button. Grateful for any help!
