Hi, You need to either create a Notification Listener or configure your email to receive notifications. Here are a few knowledge base articles that you can refer to create a notification listener : - Listener in PHP: https://ebaydts.com/eBayKBDetails?KBid=1164 - Listener in Java: https://ebaydts.com/eBayKBDetails?KBid=472 After you create the notification listener you need to set it via the SetNotificationPreferences in ApplicationURL: https://developer.ebay.com/devzone/XML/docs/Reference/eBay/SetNotificationPreferences.html#Request.ApplicationDeliveryPreferences.ApplicationURL If you plan to test it by setting the email , you need to set it via the SetNotificationPreferences in ApplicationURL like "mailto://" Please check the above documentation. You can also refer to the below Knowledge base articles for more information: https://ebaydts.com/eBayKBDetails?KBid=637 https://ebaydts.com/eBayKBDetails?KBid=706 https://ebaydts.com/eBayKBDetails?KBid=1964 Hope the above helps. Cheers!!!
