Filters being ignored when using Fulfillment API

No matter what I enter into the URL as a filter when using getOrders, the API always returns all the orders (from as far back as possible.) Here is an example of my URL/query: https://api.ebay.com/sell/fulfillment/v1/order?filter=creationdate:[2018-01-29T08:00:00.000Z..] I'm actually sending the encoded version here: https://api.ebay.com/sell/fulfillment/v1/order?filter%3Dcreationdate%3A%5B2018-01-29T08%3A00%3A00.000Z..%5D The return result always starts like this: {"href":" https://api.ebay.com/sell/fulfillment/v1/order?filter=creationdate:%5B2017-11-02T04:42:41.748Z..%5D&limit=50&offset=0","total":489, As seen above, the creation date filter has been changed to 2017-11-02, and the total results is 489. It should be returning less than 30 orders. I've also tried changing the offset and the limit, and it always returns the same results. Please help!

Ok, answered my own question. For anyone having similar issues, do not encode colons (:) and/or equal signs (=). My URL should have been: https://api.ebay.com/sell/fulfillment/v1/order?filter=creationdate:%5B2018-01-29T08%3A00%3A00.000Z..%5D
