Error 100007 - 3 days long?

Hello eBay developers, On 24.01.2018 we've encountered an Error 10007 Internal error to the application. Normally it is a temporary error, which appears while eBay is doing some server maintenance. But the error keeps appearing until now, it is already third day and this is not normal. The errors appears only in AddItem, ReviseItem, RelistItem calls. In every call which tries to update the item. We called our eBay Germany support team, they informed us, that there are no reports from other seller according to this error. The error appears not only in the Trading API (see attached Screenshot), but also on the eBay Site, while trying to save the edited item (see attached Screenshot). **Screenshots:**

.NET App with Trading API: https://ibb.co/cDWG9G How can we solve this problem? How this is even possible, that only we are getting this error? Can this error be bound to eBay account only? Regards,
Radion

Hi @sree_developersupport, we’ve noticed today, that the error comes out only for the items, which have too many item specifics values. When we try to add, or revise the item, which has too many specifics values, the error comes out. After we reduced the number of specifics values and redid the call – it executes with success, for add and revise item calls. We always use maximal allowed specifics number (for DE it is 25, getted from GetEbayDetails) and the maximal values for single specific (1, 30, etc., it depends on the specific for the category). Even when we set in the request call the correct number of specifics and their values, we get the error. eBay dos not handle this kind of error, and leads to a common error code #10007. So, the user is not informed about the real error/problem. Please, check my assumption and correct me if I am wrong. If it is exactly this case, as described, please open an issue so the eBay Developers can fix this kind of bug. Regards,
Radion
