If you don't want to open a support ticket, I will need the full XML request and response that is failing.  Along with your SellerID, ItemID, and whether this is happening in sandbox or production.

I've removed the eBayAuthToken and the ApplicationId and replaced them with placeholders. My developer ID is 86faac17-7ae6-4985-b15f-137874feb2ce and the seller's eBay account ID is spurlinestore_goa. Please let me know if you need any further credentials.

Sorry this is taking so long.  I don't have an answer off the top of my head, and we don't support PaisaPay in sandbox.  So I am having to reach out to the shipping team for answers.  I am still waiting for an answer and hopefully will get something back for you soon.
