Finding doesn't support quantity. https://developer.ebay.com/devzone/finding/CallRef/fieldindex.html#FieldIndex Use the Shopping API, GetMultipleItems call.

Would my string be completely different? ' http://svcs.ebay.com/services/search/FindingService/v1?OPERATION-NAME=findItemsAdvanced'; Also are the other fieldIndexes supported? ie: Title, shipping details, price etc?
