Create a shipping method direclty on eBay

I searched a lot but couldn't find a definite answer to my question:

Is there anyway to have your shipping company, listed as a shipping method on eBay when users make an order?

Details:

  • I am aiming for the Italian website of eBay (ebay.it)
  • Would it require to become an eBay partner or even becoming a partner does not allow you to be listed as a shipping method, directly on eBay.it
  • I know that you can have your own website and give shipping services either using the Auction ID (using eBay API to import order details) or linking the user's account to your website so you can import their listings.

Not quite sure I understand your question.  I am not familiar with Italian services, but here in the US we have FedEx and UPS and etc.  So are you trying to say you want to list your own shipping company as a service...similar to UPS?  For example, here are some Italian services,

So essentially you would like to add IT_YourServiceHere?
