Invalid scope: https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/buy.order

Hi, I would like to get an user access token with the following scope but getting "invalid_scope" error. https://signin.sandbox.ebay.com/authorize?client_id=client_id&response_type=code&redirect_uri=redirect_uri≻ope=**https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/buy.order** I'm also trying to initialize a checkout session using API Explorer*. It successfully creates an oauth user token but returns "403 Access denied" error after execution. Is " https://api.ebay.com/oauth/api_scope/buy.order"; a valid scope? Thank you. * https://developer.ebay.com/my/api_test_tool?index=0≈i=order&call=checkout_session_initiate__POST&variation=json Request Body { "shippingAddress": { "addressLine1": "3737 Any St", "city": "San Jose", "stateOrProvince": "CA", "postalCode": "95134", "country": "US", "recipient": "Frank Smith", "phoneNumber": "617 555 1212" }, "lineItemInputs": [ { "quantity": 1, "itemId": "v1|110216970395|0" } ] }
