Consistent user token

I am trying to connect **1** account to **1** application, and the procedure of redirecting and managing the tokens is really messy for that purpose. Is there an easier / efficient way to connect 1 account to 1 app, and maybe get a consistent (or long-term expiration) token. I am using node.js and serving to the company's app. Thanks.

I also would like to know how folks are handling this situation where our own company (1 user) is integrating our internal software (1 app) with the REST APIs/Oauth2 on our own server. We need a way to keep our software semi-permanently or permanently authorized, similar to how we can use Amazon's APIs. What's the best currently solution?
