/guest_checkout_session/{checkoutSessionId}/update_payment_info is giving a internal server error

currently the sandbox api for /guest_checkout_session/{checkoutSessionId}/update_payment_info is giving this error: "errorId": 15000, "domain": "API_ORDER", "category": "APPLICATION", "message": "There was a problem with an eBay internal system or process. Contact eBay developer support for assistance.", "parameters": [ { "name": "code", "value": "1042" } ] I am using the sample payload from the api example page. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi, I'm getting the same error. I tried to checkout with different items but no luck. It was working yesterday. @rachana_developer.support { "errors": [ { "errorId": 15000, "domain": "API_ORDER", "category": "APPLICATION", "message": "There was a problem with an eBay internal system or process. I am also getting the same response even after providing the different item id. Is there any solution for that?

Please give me more details on how to reproduce your issue. Dont specify the token. I am looking for the endpoint you are hitting and the series of steps that are taken. Are you using API Explorer? API Explorer link - https://developer.ebay.com/my/api_test_tool?index=0&env=production≈i=order&call=guest_checkout_session-checkoutsessionid_update_payment_info__POST&variation=json

Yes, I'm using API explorer. 1. Initialize a session (Item id: v1|110216970395|0) https://developer.ebay.com/my/api_test_tool?index=0≈i=order&call=guest_checkout_session_initiate__POST&variation=json 2. Update payment Info without changing request body in the example. https://api.sandbox.ebay.com/buy/order/v1/guest_checkout_session/v1|5000770040|133573240/update_payment_info Thank you.
