Why would a listing show as sold out even though it has an available quantity of 11?

My application created several listings with the new sell API for a client that are showing as sold out even though the Inventory Item and Offer show a quantity of 11. Can anyone think of a reason why the "available" field on a listing would differ from the availableQuantity field on an offer? Seems like an eBay bug. Here is one of the listings in question: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Adult-Long-Sleeve-Crew-Neck-w-Pocket-Classic-Fit-/322520239679 Here is one of the Inventory Items part of that listing which has a shipToLocationAvailability of 11: https://api.ebay.com/sell/inventory/v1/inventory_item/GP-2802-RD3 Here is one of the Offers part of that listing which has an availableQuantity of 11: https://api.ebay.com/sell/inventory/v1/offer/5002650017 Here is the inventory item group: https://api.ebay.com/sell/inventory/v1/inventory_item_group/6cafdc83-fafa-4bed-878c-7433846ff2ce

Hi rjd-ca, Can you check the [listing.soldQuantity][1] via Get Offer API call? [1]: https://developer.ebay.com/devzone/rest/api-ref/inventory/offer-offerid__get.html#Response.listing.soldQuantity Best Regards,

This is happening for every listing I try to create for the following customer: http://www.ebay.com/usr/goodwear The same code is being used for several other of my company's users without this issue.

We ended up removing the abovementioned `bulkUpdatePriceQuantity`, because this internally causes eBay to call the Trading API (you know, the one which is limited to 1500 calls a day), one call for each product. So that was not good. After a while, we noticed that it "just worked" without it. Could be a bugfix on the eBay side of things, or simply luck that we didn't encounter the bug again.

We had the same issue after merging over to the Sell API and bulk uploading everything. Turns out, some offers were just corrupt in some way. They had inventory, but would show up as out of stock and unable to be purchased. Deleting the inventory for those items, then going back and creating the inventory/offer fixed the issue.

In case someone is wondering about this, I had the same issue. Ended up additionally calling the https://developer.ebay.com/api-docs/sell/inventory/resources/inventory_item/methods/bulkUpdatePriceQuantity endpoint -- which worked.
