Inconsistencies with Price Data

I've noticed some of the items returned are showing one price on the closed auction; however, the API is returning a value that is not correct. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chameleon-Twist-Nintendo-64-1997-N64-Brand-New-and-Sealed-RARE-/162507615347 sold listing shows $199.99 currentPrice currencyId="USD" 135.0
convertedCurrentPrice currencyId="USD" 135.0 Anyone else experiencing this issue?

It's been reported here in the forums, via a scattering of treads/topics since last summer, that findCompletedItems and GetBestOffers no longer return the correct Best Offer sold price. This is a deliberate removal effort by eBay, not a bug.

@clickimusprime I am facing similar problem but findCompletedItems returns wrong price too. For instance, for this item https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItemVersion&item=392724842312 findCompletedItems returns this: sellingStatus: { currentPrice: { @currencyId: 'USD', __value__: '33.75'}, convertedCurrentPrice: { @currencyId: 'USD', __value__: '33.75' }, sellingState: 'EndedWithSales'} and then when reaching for GetBestOffers, it returns two offers with one as accepted but no price info on it :(

This needs to be documented properly in the API docs This is because the item is a best offer item sold at an offer price. The website returns $199.99 (ask price) and does not reflect the best offer sale. Some listings do show best offer price. findCompletedItems returns $135.00 (offer price) GetSingleItem/GetMultipleItems returns 199.99 (ask price) The ask price is shown on the website rather than the best offer sell price. This is good in that it doesn't drive prices down. If best offer prices are shown, it can drive prices down for other sellers. But it also misrepresents actual selling prices for buyers and sellers looking for price guidance. eBay provides similar downward price pressure with their street/recent/average sale price displays on listing pages. same issue: https://forums.developer.ebay.com/questions/13153/findcompleteditems-returns-unsold-items.html
