Get orders, "Insufficient permissions to fulfill the request."

I am trying write a script that will pull data of all orders for a particular day into our database, when ever I make the https://api.ebay.com/sell/fulfillment/v1/order call with an access token I get "Insufficient permissions to fulfill the request." Do I have to use a user token to make this call? This is problematic as I just want this to be a scheduled task I run on my server, I don't want to have to login to ebay and then paste a token back into a config file like I'd have to with a user token.

Hi ebayshippingsupplies, Yes, you need to use a user token for making fulfillment calls as you are retrieving a seller's private data. Please refer to this post https://forums.developer.ebay.com/questions/20993/insufficient-permissions-to-fulfill-the-request.html for the same. Best Regards,
