I have been having a problem seeing the Buyer view of my recently created eBay Sandbox test user store.
When I click on the link 'View my Store' from the Manage My Store page, the URL in the page is
http://stores.sandbox.ebay.com/Archive-Images-America
but trying to access this page always gives a page not found error.
also trying a variation of the URL
http://stores.sandbox.ebay.com/archiveimagesamerica
does not work.
Furthermore. Trying to search for the store in the Find Stores area of the Advanced Search page in the Sandbox using the keywords
America
Archive
Images
does not reveal my store. And also, any stores which are shown with this search page have URLs of the format
http://stores.sandbox.ebay.com/store=476459
So, I may be able to look at the buyer view of my test store if I can possibly find my store number to create a functioning
URL from. But, I am not aware of a way to find my store number from anywhere in the eBay sandbox Seller backend. It may
be possible to find it proramatically using the API, but I thought that I'd ask in here first.
Any useful advice would be appreciated
I ought to also mention that I have been running to various links in the Seller view of the eBay sandbox which are broken.
I don't know if eBay tech is aware of this situation. ( 26-9-2012 )
And as well, I have another eBay test user store, Autohaus-Texas, which is a much older one, who's Buyer view had been viewable
for a long time, but who's URL had several weeks ago become broken. It appears to be the same problem.
