AddFixedPriceItem Call issues
The API call in question is the AddFixedPriceItem Call. That's where the errors are being generated.
This appears to be related to the images, but there's a few reasons that the problem can't be on our end.
First, we're not using a separate API call to upload the images (which would be the UploadSiteHostedPictures call). Instead, the image is included as an "attachment" in the AddFixedPriceItem call using the PictureFileList collection.
Second, we don't actually send the image URL to the eBay listing. The DSA first downloads the image, resizes if needed, and then includes the LOCAL downloaded file as an attachment on the AddFixedPriceItem call. In other words, the image HAS to exist, because we just downloaded it and processed it (and if that process fails, a completely different set of errors are generated, which are not being generated).

Errors I get: 1) Unable to write data to the transport connection- An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. 2) There is an error in XML document (1, 1136). 3) Picture Services only supports upload of JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, and TIFF image formats. Try again using a version of your picture saved in one of those formats. 4) Could not resize image. Details: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Drop Ship Automator\
From my IT person: we haven't made any changes to the code in a long time and that the errors are completely random and inconsistent. There's nothing I can do on my end since I can't even get the error to reproduce successfully on all attempts.
