Retrive closed inquiries that have been escalated in Post Order APIs

Hello, I'm trying to retrive all the inquiries for INR ever happened through the Post Order APIs. I can't get in the search of the inquiries all the ones that has been closed because escalated to the Ebay Customer Service both from seller or buyer, while I can retrive these escalated in the search for returns. Is this the way the inquiries' search is intended to work? Since the results also show empty fields for escalation's IDs and appeal's IDs, one would suppose that those won't disappear from the search when they will be closed for such reasons. Any help is appreciated. Regards

Hi spendibene71, Yes once a inquiry is closed, it results in the creation of an INR case, which the seller can manage using the Post-Order API Case Management operations. Escalation ID or appeal ID is same as INR id. You can search Cases here : [ http://developer.ebay.com/Devzone/post-order/post-order_v2_casemanagement_search__get.html][1] and/or can call get Case details : [ http://developer.ebay.com/Devzone/post-order/post-order_v2_casemanagement-caseId__get.html][2] to get Case/Appeal details.
