Hi, Even Search calls do not return the Quantity per buyer or even shown in the UI for an Item. Hence the public calls will not return that information. Cheers!!!

Hi @askusemployee_0 , It is possible to see the quantityLimitPerBuyer for all the items of a primaryItemGroup (all variations) using the getItemsByItemGroup call. Please refer to the documentation for more information about this API and its usage: https://developer.ebay.com/api-docs/buy/browse/resources/item/methods/getItemsByItemGroup

Thanks. For now, this feature might not be available, but we have made a note of it and sent it as a feedback to the concerned team. Cheers!!!
