Different/Inconsistent Timestamp format for "Failure" vs "success" responses

Hi, I've come across an inconsistent DateTimeStamp returned for failed responses. Below are examples with the field in question highlighted. Here is an example of a "Failure" Response: 2016-10-08 04:40:03 Failure Unsupported API call. The API call "GetSessionId" is invalid or not supported in this release. 2 Error RequestError 989 18131074 Here is an example of a "Success" Response: 2016-10-08T04:37:43.862Z Success 989 E989_CORE_API_18131074_R1 ***************************** The Failure response ` 2016-10-08 04:40:03 ` does not match the documented *[ISO 8601 date and time format][1]* - it has a ' ' (space) where the 'T' indicator is supposed to be and missing the trailing 'Z'. Is this a Sandbox only bug or is it also happening in Production? Will this bug be reviewed and corrected? Thanks, Graeme [1]: http://developer.ebay.com/Devzone/XML/docs/Reference/eBay/types/simpleTypes.html#dateTime
