I had requested to reset my password after I received the code and created my new password the reset button is not activated it remains gray color. Please help.
Click Your Name> Settings> Manage Users > Profiles > Select the desired profile > Password Policies > Disable Require a minimum 1 day password lifetime. Once the issue has been resolved, you may opt to re-enable this feature if desired.
Thanks for your response but it's not clear to me: from where do I click my name I don't see my name, where is the setting if I can't get to the setting I can't do anything that you suggested, I am still lost.
