The SessionID in your request has been expired

Hi, I'm trying to retrieve a user token hours after the user consents through Sign-In, but keep getting a "The SessionID in your request has been expired, please see API doc for the lifetime of a SessionID." error. According to the [Getting Tokens for Applications with Multiple Users][1] and [FetchToken][2] pages, the token is supposed to be retrievable for 48 hours after consent. If I retrieve a token within minutes of consent, everything works fine however. Is the 48 hour value simply outdated or is there possibly another factor in play?
