Invalid Application name with Trading API

I'm trying to run the GeteBayOfficialTime service from the latest WSDL and I keep getting an error saying "Application name invalid." I'm using a SOAP payload and the endpoint I'm using is: https://api.ebay.com/wsapi?callname=GeteBayOfficialTime&responseencoding=SOAP≈pid=MYID&siteid=0&version=753 The MYID variable is actually my app ID but I just took it out for security purposes. Does anyone have any thoughts on why this wouldn't be working and/or what services aren't enabled in the production environment? Or is it something with the way my endpoint is structured? Thanks so much!

The issue was related to the authorization token not being passed in the xml payload. Seems like a strange error, but sending the toke resolved the issue.
