Attributes to justify Item paid

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on eBay notification to justify if an order has been actually paid. From the official documentation, I get I can subscribe 'AuctionCheckoutComplete' notification if I want to be notified a checkout has been completed and an order has been paid. But it comes up with the following questions: [1] If I received 'AuctionCheckoutComplete' notification does this means buyer has absolutely already clear the payment ? [2] In the experiment from eBay sandbox, if buyer choose "cashOnPickUp", I will still received 'AuctionCheckoutComplete' notification which excatly same with buyer make a paypal payment with all the checkout and payment status completed, but the buyer actually not make the payment yet. In eBay api, is there a call or attributes can accurately and timely describe the action when user make the payment ? Reference link: http://developer.ebay.com/devzone/guides/ebayfeatures/Notifications/Notif-AuctionCheckoutComplete.html Appreciated for any advice,. Best Regards,

Hi au.fr78, You should check the following properties returned in AuctionCheckoutComplete notification. <[PaidTime][1]> : Indicates the time when the order was marked paid. This field is not returned until payment has been made by the buyer. Status.[CheckoutStatus][2]: if the value is CheckoutComplete, means the buyer has paid and checkout is complete. You can also use GetOrders API to retrieve the same for your orders. Please refer to KB titled [Order management using Trading API][3] - GetOrders for more information. Hi zhuowei, I found if buyer choose "cashOnPickUp" as the payment method to finish the checkout, the Status.CheckoutStatus will still be "CheckoutComplete", but at this point, the buyer didn't actually paid yet.
