Can You Receive The "ItemSold" Notification ?

Hi folks, I have set the notification preference as follow: **** 927 mailto: //frankXXXXXX@XXXXXX.com.au Enable mailto: //frankXXXXXX@XXXXXX.com.au Enable Platform ItemSold Enable Feedback Enable 2015-07-19T23:18:46.830Z Success 927 E927_INTL_API_17590342_R1 Every time I do the test, I can only received the "Feedback" notification but no "ItemSold" was send to my email. Do I have any configuration issue or it's a system issue

Hi franhuan6, ItemSold notification applies to both fixed price items and auction (Chinese) type items. It is triggered only when the item **ends** in a sale. As a seller, if you are still not getting the platform notification for the item event mentioned above. I suggest you contact developer support channel to get one-on-one assistance. Best Regards,

Thanks zhouwei, ItemSold is the notification I subscribed and it dose the job, the problem has already been resolved. Thank you so much for your advise. Cheers, Frank
