Hi all, i have a problem with logging into the ebay.it sandbox. Can someone help me? i have no problems in add an item in the sandbox.com, but how can i do any test in ebay.it? when i try to add an item into the ebay.it sandbox i get the this error "You have not specified in my eBay whether you are a private or business seller" Thx for eventually answers

I have changed the Account Type for the sandbox account :testuser_blahdblah to Business.
BTW, we are working on fixing this issue permanently very soon. We will update you once the issue is fixed.

When you log in to sandbox.ebay.it , can you go to MyeBay->Account->Personal Information and check what the 'Account type' . Or else can you give us the Sandbox useriD?

same problem here, on developer.ebay.com/my/profile account type is already set and when i try go to MyeBay->Account->Personal Information with the sandbox-useraccount it only directs me to pages.sandbox.ebay.com so i dont see any way to set my Personal Information on the sandbox-user accounts. I have no idea how to proceed with this.

Hi, I tried to publish some info into the ebay sandbox and the the same problem
test user: TESTUSER_reifenstadtde
The error is: You have not specified in my eBay whether you are a private or business seller.
Unfortunately I cant go to the account personal information, because I have redirected to http://pages.sandbox.ebay.com/

I also have this problem on eBay UK (using the .com sandbox). I'm trying to add an item using the AddFixedPriceItem API call but I keep getting the following error
( [params] => Array ( ) [classification] => RequestError [code] => 21915450 [longMessage] => You are unable to list items, because you have not confirmed whether your account is for personal or business use. Go to My eBay -> Personal Information -> Account Type to confirm your account type now so that you can continue to sell. [shortMessage] => Unable to list item. [severity] => Error )
When trying to access the Personal Information page, I also get redirected back to the home page. I can click into Messages as suggested and even into Account but any attempt to access Personal Information from any link sends me back to the start.
I have also noticed that some calls to the API fail saying the auth token is invalid but it has been recently generated and eventually the call will succeed. The "Personal Information" link also occasionally displays "Business Information". Sounds a lot like a database split.
