delay in external fees

We register for an ItemClosed event.  Then we query the various fees associated with the item sale.  The external transaction fee comes up 'null' but then later changes to a number.  So what is the delay before the external transaction fee shows up?  Can we register for a notification when it does?

It happened on Item 190557192090.

It is not really clear from the SDK documentation what information is available and what information is not available when a certain event happens.  Is there some document that describes the information that correct when a given event happens?

Hi midnighttech,

When you say external transaction fee, are you referring to ExternalTransaction.FeeOrCreditAmount for a order line item? If so, the field is only returned in  GetItemTransactions, GetSellerTransactions or GetOrders after payment for the order line item has occurred.

You will need to subscribe to the AuctionCheckoutComplete notification which is triggered when a buyer completes the checkout process for an auction item or for a fixed price item. The notification's payload is based on GetItemTransactions.

I suggest you file a support request if you need further assistance for the same.

Best Regards,
