Not me - we're sending it clear, wrapped in the needed xml payload - just loading the image , binary format, into a string and send it along with the xml payload wrapper - just binary encoding, type application/octet-stream It gives absolutely no clue what might be the problem other than it keeps saying it is an error on ebay's side, nothing to do with the request, apparently, according to the error code definition I seem to recall reading something about sandbox not having the EPS capability somewhere, so we gave up trying and just use remote hosted images for testing purposes.. since *we* are not building a listing software, no need for it.. just needed to upload a couple listings for testing because creating listings from sandbox web is just too much hassle. :)
So many things broken in eBay Dev site - it is truly unberabable to use. Why even bother having a dev environment if it's not going to function correctly? The Paypal dev environment has recently undergone a big upgrade and the improvement is marvellous. Come on eBay - get your cheque book out and pay for some decent integrations to get this darned sandbox working right! Rant over with - Thank you.
