Why is CreatedTime often blank for an Order?

In making a `GetOrders` call and `GetItemTransactionsRequest` call `CreatedTime` is often blank. This is frustrating becausethe `CreatedDate` which is always returned is often not the sale time of the product. Below is a logfile output that came from a `GetOrders` call which shows the problem. From the API documentation for `GetOrders` `CreatedTime` Timestamp that indicates the date and time that the order was created. For single line item orders, this value is the same as `CreatedDate` in the Transaction container. `CreatedDate` Indicates the creation time of the order line item. For auction listings, an order line item is created when that listing ends with a high bidder whose bid meets or exceeds the Reserve Price (if set). For a fixed-price listing or a Buy It Now auction listing, an order line item is created once the buyer clicks the Buy button.
