LMS. ActiveInventoryReport is not generated

Hello, during generating "ActiveInventoryReport" within sandbox account I receive the whole time error messages in the response: "Could not get item information right now,Please try again", ErrorCode: 1008. "LMS Internal Error" ErrorCode: 1008. Job IDs: 50009091741, 50009092511, 50009091691, 50009091581. Please specify how (or when) this problem can be resolved. Thanks, Pavlo

Hi @vijayta.developersupport, This issue still appears to be present in the sandbox. My latest attempts to get the report, which I expect to contain one item only is failing with error code 1008 (Job ID 50010027801) ShortMessage: Could not get item information right now,Please try again Long Message: ItemIds: [110170097072] ErrorCode: 1008 SeverityCode: LMS.ERROR ErrorClassification: ParsingError

Hi @vijayta.developersupport, This is not resolved on sandbox environment as of this posting time. Please help resolve this bug. Job Ids are: 50012174447, 50012174457, 50012174467. I only have one item listing on my sandbox ebay account.

Hello @vijayta.developersupport, today I have received this error #1008 ("LMS Internal Error") at sandbox account twelve times in succession (job ids are 50009623491 50009623501, 50009623521, 50009623531, 50009623581, 50009623591, 50009623601, 50009623611, 50009623681, 50009623691, 50009623721, 50009623751). Could you please help and specify how should I avoid this problem ? Thank you, Pavlo

But I still face this problem at sandbox account and today it has happened to us again two times in succession (job ids are 50009610371, 50009610391). Hi @pavlo_007 I see the issue, however can you please tell me if the same error is returned the next time you download the Active Inventory Report. From what I can see, this issue seems to be intermittent. In the next execution, it works, correct ? I agree the issue should be fixed, and I have reported the issue to the engineering team but just wanted to be sure this is not blocking you at least in production environment. Please let me know. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue may have caused. Thanks

Hi @pavlo_007 The engineering team informed that there was a known issue yesterday due to which you might have faced this issue in production, however, you should no longer face the issue. I checked some of the recent ActiveInventoryReport for the seller, and I don't see the error. If you are still facing this issue, please let me know and share the job-id. Thanks

Hi vijayta.developersupport The previous issue is resolved but i need your help, i want to extract item titles by using LMS active inventory report. Kindly guide me how i can extract the title fields as it is very necessary for me. I have read all documentation but did not got it.

Hi @hassan.farooq121 Sorry, LMS active inventory report doesn't return ItemTitle. You might have to consider other calls for that like : GetItem (Trading api), GetMultipleItems(Shopping api), findItemsAdvanced(Finding api). In trading, GetSellerList also returns this information, however for very large sellers, this call may not be the right solution. Thanks

Please look at the following job IDs connected with generating "ActiveInventoryReport": `50009581041, 50009581051, 50009581061`. Is it possible to provide any solution to resolve this problem ?
