General Question, Auction Templates, API, and SANDBOX

Hi everyone, i need to gather some more information about templates and how can i test them before i will add them to my "generator site": First of all, i need to know is there any eBay scripting restrictions such as, maximum amount of code? blocked scripts etc. As far as I am aware, there is no restrictions but I heard there is some about scripting hosted on other sites. And I could not find one straight answer. Let say i have my own hosting site so i could keep "user files" for J Query scripts, and also generated css files. Do I have to provide full css+js+html code in full HTML template. Or i can partly cross site script. I mean i have general jQuery files hosted, some scripts, CSS files and images hosted separately for users but on my hosting site. Currently simple template its around 2000 lines of code, that is including few jQuery scripts, CSS styles and HTML code itself. I would like to know more about eBay-api, is there a manual reference with all API calls listed? Please correct me if I am wrong, and thanks for Your help. Regards, Dawid Zastepa.
