Unable to Change Account Type on sandbox
Hello, I'm not able to change the "Account Type" to make magento+M2E working.
Now my test account is flagged as "Not Specified", I try to change it but there's no way to set Individual or Business.
Any help is appreciated, thanks

So, this means it's a sandbox user on Italy site ? Can you give me the sandbox username(not developer account username) ?
FYI, a sandbox user is prefixed by 'testuser_'
I think on Italy sandbox site, we have a bug.

This are the steps that I have do: I login to https://developer.ebay.com then I go to "Sandbox User Registration" and create the user "testuser_enricodeveloper" with "Registration Site -> Italy (IT)"

Hi is this already fixed?
I have to make some tests with a new account, but cannot submit anything until I set my account type in sandbox, and it's impossible since days!
Can you please at least do it manually for us?
It's a bit ridiculous to have a sandbox that does not work for days! Not surprising it reminds me the AWFUL Paypal sandbox....you must be the same people

I understand but this was open more than one week ago, as a developer is unthinkable to test applications on a sandbox that is in this completely unreliable and messy state...it cannot take several days to solve something like that.
Is there just one person working? Honestly the whole sandbox is clearly not well maintained, exactly like the Paypal one, they just don't work.
Do you have any ETA for this SIMPLE bug to be solved? How to escalate it? Without it working is basically impossible to....test upload and selling on products on eBay sandbox...that makes it completely useless.
